Terms and conditions

Effective October 19, 2026

This is a translation. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.

The essentials

1. Who we are and what you accept

Gymnastés is an app by Inquieto (SFT division), from the Argentine Republic. By using the app you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use it. If you are under 18, you need the permission of a parent or guardian.

2. The service

The app lets you build routines, log sets, weights, reps and rest times, track your progress, record body measurements, plan your week and get reminders. It requires an account: information is stored on your device and in your account, on our server, and synced when you are online. Studios, gyms and teachers can create their place, add their staff and students, and plan classes.

We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the app, you will still be able to export your data.

3. Health and exercise

4. Your account, your data and your backups

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done with your account. Your synced data stays in your account and we make daily backups, but no system is infallible: we recommend downloading a backup from time to time (Settings → Data). Photos and recordings are only on your device. If you are a teacher or a place, you are responsible for having your students' consent to enter their data, especially their physical limitations. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Account.

5. Permitted use

You may use the app for your own training and that of the people you coach. You may not use it for unlawful purposes, try to damage it or disrupt its operation, or present the Gymnastés or Inquieto brands as your own.

6. Intellectual property

The Gymnastés name, the Inquieto brand, and the app's design, texts and illustrations belong to Inquieto or its licensors. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. What you enter (your routines, notes, photos and recordings) is yours.

7. Third-party services

The app may open third-party services at your request (Google Calendar, Spotify, YouTube Music, your email or WhatsApp). Those services have their own terms and we are not responsible for them.

8. Future paid features

If a paid plan is offered in the future, the final price, duration, renewal and how to cancel will be shown before you subscribe. Consumers in Argentina may withdraw within 10 calendar days (art. 34 of Consumer Protection Law 24,240), with accessible "withdrawal" and "cancel" buttons (Resolutions 424/2020 and 316/2018). Consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which may end when digital content is supplied immediately with their consent. Purchases through Google Play or the App Store are also subject to those stores' refund policies.

9. Liability

We work to make the app function well, but it is provided as is, without a warranty that it is error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inquieto is not liable for injuries arising from exercise performed against the guidance in section 3, or for the loss of data that was not backed up. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection laws (including Argentine Law 24,240 and the laws of your country of residence), or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app in advance. If you keep using the app after the notice, the new terms apply.

11. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Consumers may bring claims before the courts of their own domicile and before the competent consumer protection authority. If you live in another country, you keep the mandatory protections of the law of your place of residence.

Before any claim, please write to [email protected]: we want to solve it.
